Air Heathrow is a premium commercial warehouse scheme positioned moments from one of the world’s busiest airports. The brand had to communicate scale, connectivity and strategic value to a demanding audience.
Approach
We developed a considered brand identity backed by comprehensive guidelines and a bespoke publication. The system is calm and confident — typography and imagery that signal quality and infrastructure without resorting to gloss.
Outcome
The result is a coherent identity and a publication that articulates the project’s ambition clearly — a brand built to earn the attention of serious occupiers and investors.
